Home Information Packs

At last! After much debate, controversy and legal intervention, Home Information Packs (HIPs) are now required for all properties with four or more bedrooms which are put on the market from 1st August onwards. It would appear that they are here to stay for the foreseeable future.
Included within the HIPs, new to the sales procedure, is the introduction of the Energy Inspection and Rating.
Heatons are in a position to arrange a Home Information Pack and Energy Assessment for your property, if one should be required, as per the new Government Legislation.
